Pavé NYC, Midtown'shotBakery/Cafe is looking for an experienced Barista/Cashier to join our team!We are looking fortwopeople to even our incredibly talented team.We have a slim team and intend to keep it small. We average about 350 transactions on a daily basis. Tips are part of the earnings.We expect Baristas to function as an all around person whose versatility allows us to keep our team effective. We look for candidates to learn and grow with the company as we grow.Barista/Cashier should have a minimum oftwo year experience/exposure working with specialty coffee drinks who has an indepth understanding of coffee, hospitality, sense of urgency and teamwork.We believe in creating a culture of positivity while holding high standards in a work environment.We believe in putting smile on our faces while we welcome, engage and multitask through morning and afternoon rushes.We believe in ability to think critically and solving everyday issues as they arise using common sense solutions.We believe in promoting from within for any position that opens up in the future, and believe in working together with a long term vision.If this sounds like something you wish to be a part of, join us!
